The company has introduced a new policy for file revisions applicable to both new and existing customers. Each customer will receive 10 revisions during the initial flashing process, which is generally more than adequate, as only about three logs are typically necessary to optimize a custom file based on our current expertise. The first three revisions usually take place immediately after the initial flashing to ensure the file is validated and ready for use, while the remaining seven can be used at the customer's discretion. Once the 10 revisions are exhausted, any further revisions will incur a fixed fee at the time of scheduling. While some may appreciate this change, it is likely to be met with resistance from those who have previously requested excessive revisions (50+), often unrelated to performance and involving diagnostics or unnecessary adjustments.
