Return Policy

Please note that not every product or service is eligible for a 30-day refund.

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Digital Products, Software & Tuning Services

By purchasing any custom tuning service, calibration file, software, or other digital product from Logic Street Performance, you acknowledge and agree that work may begin immediately upon receipt of your order.

Due to the nature of digital products and custom services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been created, delivered, downloaded, accessed, installed, or flashed to a vehicle.

The customer expressly acknowledges that:

  1. The tuning file or calibration is custom-made for their vehicle, VIN, or modification list.
  2. The service is considered fully or substantially performed upon delivery of the file, provision of access, or transmission of the calibration.
  3. Any technical support, file revisions, diagnostics, or consultations provided as part of the tuning process constitute services rendered and are non-refundable.
  4. By accepting delivery of the digital product or service, the customer waives any right to cancel or request a refund based on the digital nature of the product.

 

Logic Street Performance reserves the right to provide evidence of delivery, download records, portal access records, flash history, support communications, revision history, and other documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, or dispute resolution services in the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute filed after a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or flashed may be contested using the records described above.


Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags
  • In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • Digital products and tuning services once the file has been delivered or flashed
  • Custom tuning orders that have already been shipped — a restocking fee will apply
  • Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have (if eligible), and
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at tuning@logicstreetperformance.com
